Eating carefully and still struggling to slim down?
If you eat "healthy" and still see no change, it isn't a lack of willpower. Almost always it's a lack of information: some foods, even ones that look harmless, work against your metabolism. Frank Suárez called them aggressor foods.
The good news is that you can identify and reduce them. As Frank put it, "you can never solve a problem you don't understand." So let's understand it, step by step.
What is an aggressor food?
Think of your body as an engine and food as its fuel. Not all fuels are equal: some keep the engine running smoothly, others overload it.
An aggressor food is simply a food your body tolerates poorly and that tends to encourage fat storage, especially around the abdomen. The curious part is that they aren't the same for everyone. For one person it might be wheat; for another, something as unexpected as tomato or cucumber. It depends on your genetics and how your body responds.
That's why a one-size-fits-all diet rarely works: your body is unique and has its own signals.
Type A and Type E: the basis of the 3x1® Diet
Within the NaturalSlim® System we sort foods into two simple groups:
- Type A foods (the ones that help you SLIM DOWN). They have a gentle impact on the body: vegetables and greens, salads, lean proteins (chicken, turkey, fish, egg) and good fats. These are the friends of your metabolism.
- Type E foods (the ones that put weight ON). The ones the body readily turns into stored fat: bread, flour, rice, pasta, sugar, sweets and soft drinks. They aren't forbidden, but they're best kept in proportion.
The 3x1® Diet isn't a diet of bans, it's a lifestyle. The idea is simple: make ¾ of your plate Type A foods and only ¼ Type E. That way you enjoy everything without your metabolism working against you.
The first step: take a break from WRC (Wheat, Rice and Corn)

Before hunting for your particular aggressor foods, it helps to take one clear step: cut back for at least two weeks on wheat, rice and corn. They show up everywhere in daily eating, and setting them aside for a while gives your body the chance to show you more clearly what agrees with it and what doesn't.
This isn't about removing them forever, it's a pause so you can observe.
How to discover your own aggressor foods
The body is alive: it learns, adapts and sends signals. You just have to learn to read them. This simple observation method helps:
- Start with the safe foods. Build your meals mostly around Type A foods for a few days, until you feel stable and have steady energy.
- Test one food at a time. Reintroduce a single food you're unsure about and keep everything else the same. Test several at once and you won't know which was the culprit.
- Notice how you feel. Over the next hours and the following day, watch for signals like bloating, heaviness, sudden tiredness, unusual cravings, or how your clothes fit. Your body will tell you.
- Repeat to confirm. If a food leaves you feeling worse more than once, it's probably an aggressor for you. Note it down and keep it for the Type E portion, in moderation.
This isn't about self-diagnosing anything, it's about getting to know yourself better. Clothes don't lie, and neither does your energy.
What tends to change when you reduce your aggressor foods
When you adjust your eating to what your body tolerates well, many people gradually notice things like:
- Less bloating and heaviness after meals.
- Steadier energy through the day.
- Cravings more under control.
- Clothes starting to fit better.
These are lifestyle changes, not miracles. And they fit with the rest of the habits we look after in the System: the 3x1® Diet, drinking enough water, and leaning on a consultant.
A mineral that supports your day
While you sort out your eating, there are nutrients many people add to their routine. MagicMag® magnesium provides magnesium, a mineral that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. That's why many people add it to their day as support for their energy and general well-being.
You don't have to do it alone
